This is my first attempt on making a Nerf foam dart gun. "Version 1"
The idea is to create a Nerf gun the can be printed on almost all printers.
The reason for this is. I own a HobbyKing Turnigy Fabrikator Mini aka TinyBoy. with a print volume of only 80x80x80mm.
This makes it challenging when designing big parts that I would like to print.
DON'T PRINT
This gun will unfortunately not shoot the dart at a speed that would be fun.
The small parts to hold the 2 barrels together tend to break off when firing the gun.
So only print it if you like the design and wants to use it as a prop gun for some cosplay or something.
Shopping list:
126mm tube (electrical) ø16mm / 5/8" (OD 16mm, ID 13,5mm)
ø13x2mm O-Ring or around that size.
1pcs. Spring OD 15mm, ID 12mm, L 51mm.
1pcs. Spring from a ballpen. Cut in half. Both halves are used.
2pcs. 3x12mm socket screws.
2pcs. 3x6mm countersunk screws.
7pcs. 3x12mm countersunk screws.
1pcs. 4x10mm countersunk screw.
