In the 1930's the Nederlandse Spoorwegen ordered 4-door bagage wagons DIV / "Stalen D".
Initially they were deployed within the Netherlands, crossing the borders in to Belgium and Germany. The bigger DV's (6 doors) were used in international trains.
Later the DIV's were modified for international deployment. They ran in trains to i.e. Scandinavia, Italy, Switserland, Belgium and Germany. In 1971 the Deutsche Bundesbahn rented several for use in West-Germany.
In the Netherlands they were is use for passenger services until the 1980's.
Some were converted for carry tools and staff in "rerailing trains".

Several DIV's are preserved. (https://martijnvanvulpen.nl/materieel/rijtuigen/989-vooroorlogse-stalen-rijtuigen)
This is my interpretation of the 4-door DIV "Stalen D" in gauge 1 (1:32 / 45 mm).
Wheels: LGB/Märkin running in F623ZZ-bearings.
Door guides and bogies sides are alligned with 1.75 mm filament. Attach them with some CA-glue.
The bogies are screwed to the frame with M5 screws.
The buffers are attached using M4 threaded rods.
Construct the body by glueing the end-walls to the side walls, using some filament as alligment-pins. The roof is glued to assembled side-walls.
The body is attached to the frame with M3 screws
Good luck printing these characteristic Dutch wagons.
Best regards, Rob
