This is a wheel for a Neato XV meant to be covered in some grippy material because it's just the hub. As is, it comes designed for something that's 5mm thick (6mm works too but is very tight) and what I've used is cloth+rubber mousepads with the rubber used for grip. If your material is 3mm, just tinker a bit with the openscad file and re-render. The openscad file may not be the prettiest, it's my first design using this awesome tool.
These wheels grip noticeably better than my (slightly worn) stock tires and my Neato climbs tricky thresholds better/more reliably because of them, your experience may of course differ depending on how bad your stock tires are and what type of mouse mat (or whatever else) you're using as tire-material.
Printing tolerances are very tight so having a well calibrated printer helps, if you do, very little post processing should be required. There are some built in supports because the slicing softwares I use didn't want seem to create any so those supports will be need to cut away.
