NDAF Project Nova Interceptor

Nova Interceptor is an appropriate name. This thing COULD intercept the energy from a star going nova. It is like a giant energy leech. The crystals on it can intercept energy, from simple electric charges to power from stars, even energy out of enemy units. So, Nova Interceptor is always brimful with energy. It is a very useful tool, it can be secretly stationed near enemy superweapons (seeing as modern UAF combat revolves around superweapons nowadays) and suck all its energy out. Which will make it crash. Then, it can send the energy to something that needs it, like an allied superweapon. Or, it can convert the energy into a powerful beam (not as powerful as a superlaser, but enough to destroy stuff) and shoot it. Thus, Nova Interceptor can actually suck an enemy superweapon dry, then blow it up with its own energy. This is very useful, as superweapons are usually very heavily escorted, making storming them with ships way too hard, and using other superweapons on them will just blast away everything around them, including possible allied stations.
