Napredak (“Progress”) building - Zagreb

Designed by Stjepan Planić, completed in 1936/1937. A charming modernist building in the center of Zagreb (Bogovićeva and Gajeva street corner). Notice the toothed consoles appearing on the cornice. A proof of high architectural standards in pre-war Croatian architecture. The parcel is simplified to a rectangle although in real life it is irregular rectangle. Also, there might be some small imperfections if you really zoom in.
