This is my interpretation of the SMARS Quad. Gave up the idea of ever fitting the top cover, and made a few changes, the case hosts a DC-DC step down for bringing the 8 volts of the two 18650 Li-Ion batteries in series to 5V, more acceptable for the 16 servo Adafruit driver. Uses balanced charger for the Li-ion pack. On top of the batteries the Arduino Nano and the Bluetooth HC-06 receiver, held in place by Velcro adhesive tape :-). The firmware is available, performs forward and backward walk, rotation (left and right), hand wave (left and right), stand and squat, skew (left and right), curtsy and prepare to jump. These are the basic movements available using the excellent Bluetooth Robo Control App for Android. More movements and combo available using the programmable Arduino Bluetooth Controller App for Android. Can be upgraded with wireless camera (Syma05) connected to the charge socket using Syma FPV+ App for Android. Uses the basic SMARS Quad files by tristomietitoredeituit (except the top cover) with the upgraded servo covers by jetdillo. Had to modify the Adafruit 16 servo driver cover for fitting the capacitor.
