My planned Living Roon Renovation

Fifteen years has gone by since our living room was last renovated. As such, it is really showing its age. The carpet is worn out. The old drop ceiling is in real bad need of being riped out and replaced with somthing else and the furniture is badly arranged and worn out. These and a whole host of other deficiencies is leaving us with no other option than to gut this room and start over again.
