MutedVision Mashup Mount: CR10s, E3D V6 (With Stock Fan), 5015 Part Fan

This is a one piece mount for a very specific setup:
Machine: CR10 / CR10s (May work for Ender, not tested)
Hotend: E3D V6 (Stock E3D Heat-sink Cooler)
Bltouch (v3/v2)
Fan: 5015 Blower
2 x M3 Heat Insets
The mount requiring the heat insets for the e3d hotend itself is a mashup from here: https://www.matterhackers.com/store/l/creality-cr-10-e3d-upgrade/sk/M2A21RQ3
The fan ducts are a mashup of the fantastic Hero Me.
The bltouch holder used is a mashup that is no longer available online.
The bltouch offsets for Marlin 1.1.x-bugfix are as follows:

#define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -9 // Y offset: -front +behind [the nozzle]
