This timber frame features 4 High-Posted Cape bents with a 28' span and a 3' knee-wall height in the attic. There are a total of 3 bays. The first and the last bay are spaced 16' on center while the center bay is spaced 12' on center. The first floor features an entry which is adjacent to the master suite. The stairs are L-shaped and serve as the enclosure for a half bath. The dining room is open to the kitchen and the great room. The dining room has a set of French doors that lead to the back patio. There are three additional bedrooms in the attic. One of the bedrooms has a full bathroom while the other two share a full bathroom located in back of the center bay.
