Five years after the launch of the original Tigersnake, MSX/R has released the Tigersnake GTS. MSX/R has taken the time to ensure that the track-focused GTS was as good as it could be. It features a raft of mechanical and aerodynamic changes derived from MSX/R's GT racing program. Every body panel besides the roof is changed from the standard Tigersnake. The GTS is lighter, stiffer, generates more downforce and produces less drag. The biggest change over the regular TIgerssnake is the 4.0 PT4000R V8, re-tuned to produce 735hp@7100rpm and 750Nm@5000rpm. That's 100hp more than the standard 5.9L supercharged Tigersnake. The new engine is mated to a revised seven speed dual clutch transmission and drives the rear wheels. Naturally, the GTS is worth more than the standard Tigersnake. Prices start from AU$455,000, US$275,450 £209,500, 313,600, CN¥3.85 million
