MSX ST2 S 1.6T wagon (C52)

The C5 series MSX ST2 is a compact car replacing the C4. Like the C4, the C5 is rear wheel drive and is available as a hatch or wagon, and sedan will be introduced. The C42 coupe was replaced last year by the C50 ST2 Stelvio. The sedan will not be sold in North America as an MSX. The ST2 is currently the only RWD compact wagon currently sold in the new car market. This new generation ST2 has choice of 6 engines; a 1.4, 1.6L and 2.0L turbo I4s, a 2.0L turbo diesel I4, a 2.8L twin turbo I6 in MSX/R's GTS version and a new 1.2L turbo three cylinder, known as the Bluepower. As the entry level performance model, the S comes standard with the 1.6L turbo I4, which produces 136kW,182hp@6250rpm and 260Nm,192 ft lb@2800rpm, with either a six speed manual or DCT auto. The S is also available with the 2.0L turbo diesel I4. Standard features in the S include sports suspension and bodykit, climate control, AM/FM and digital radio, iPod, bluetooth streaming, 6 disc CD player, 7 airbags, TC, DSC, alloy wheels, parking sensors and reversing camera.
