This is a CNC spindle motor attachment for the Mostly Printed CNC 525 (Updated 5/25/16).
The spindle is a high quality CNC Spindle Motor 400W ER11 & Mach3 PWM speed controller + Mount Engraving Kit which you can purchase on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/261878403099?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
You will need a 48 volt power supply to power the spindle.http://www.amazon.com/SMAKN%C2%AE-Regulated-Switching-Supply-Quality/dp/B0113JHSRO?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00
The spindle holder sports a removable dust shoe which is held in place with magnets which you can get from Harbor Freight. The magnets are 8mm in diameter and 2mm in depth. You will need 2 packages.http://www.harborfreight.com/10-piece-rare-earth-magnets-67488.html
You will also need some 6-32 screws and nuts to complete the assembly.
I have also created a power supply mount and case for the spindle controller as well as a power supply case for the 12 volt supply.
The 12 volt supply case is here... http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1597933
The 48 volt supply case and spindle controller case is here...http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1613608
I also extended my tool holder by 2 inches to raise it to better fit the spindle.http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1613734
EDIT: 6/18/2016 Added top version for the original MPCNC machine. I have no way to test this since I built the updated version, but I adapted this from another mount.
