This is Model Products Corporation (aka MPC) Moon Go model rocket kit (# R-841), sold from about 1968 to 1970, converted into 3D models. You can print out the parts and add your own paper airframe tubing from Estes, shock cord, parachute and shroud lines.

(1) 15.0 inch/381mm diameter plastic parachute (octagonal shape; made of 1/4 or 1/2 mil polyethylene or 1/6 mil Mylar)

Note: All parts should be printed out with PETG or another filament with a higher glass transition temperature and melting point since PLA will melt/warp easily when subject to heat from the rocket motor, being left in a hot car, or left out in the Sun.
The decals were scanned and converted into Adobe file format and added to the list of files. You can print them on decal paper with a laser printer or inkjet.
A fin template file is included in the list of files you can download in case you want to make fins out of balsa or other material.

13JUN2021 FILES ADDED:
A) One file added for a part that is not in the original kit. It is an end cap for the transition to allow you to use the larger tubing above the transition to be used as a payload bay. It includes a 1/8" (3.3mm) hole to allow an eyebolt to be used to attach the shock cord and parachute.
B) One file added for the shock cord. You can print it out and install it in the rocket or use it as a template to make your own paper version.
C) Five files added for the capsule, capsule top cap, and end cap as well as second versions of the capsule and end cap.
D) Five files for the SRB and one for the Radar Pod.
