These replace the base pad on the Canada legal 10 round magazines. It makes them longer so they're easier to get out of mag pouches and I found the factory ones had a rim on the base that pinched my hand. There are 5 files, one without a number and then four numbered one through four so you can keep track of your magazines and see which ones give you grief.
