A huge thank-you to wheelman88 for designing the original. The original camera holder part was spot-on, I just modified a few other things to make it work better for my clinic:
attached the camera holder directly to the sleeve holder, rather than having it stick out
cut the depth of the sleeve holder in half as we don`t need it to hold that many sleeves
added a sink for the screw heads so they can be flush with the body
added a small indent for double-sided tape on the back in case you don't want to use screws (I ended up using the top screw and double sided tape)
I printed with PETG at 0.2mm but I`m sure PLA would work just as well. For printing make sure it is standing vertically and you shouldn't need to use any supports. I used 10% infill, no brim or rafts.
