As you said it had issues spinning its wheels
My daughter had this as an school project
1st she printed yours as is and then stared tweaking things here and there.
It was here 1st time using SketchUp (I have only used it a few times)
The changes are pretty strait forward and meet the 3 meter min distance she needed. (tape measure is set at 3 meters in the video)
Two improvements still needed
tighten up the front end to straighten it out
shave some weight off the back wheels
