Mounting bracket for Alpine ilx w650bt bmw e46 by Cantankerous

i made this bracket to fit the alpine ILX W650bt to the double din facia in my BMW E46, those who own one will know the fitment issues.
This bracket will glue to behind the facia with an epoxy resin and once set forms a solid mounting foundation.
The back plates sit either side of the facia bezel to bolt the facia into place and bring the facia flush with the rest of the dash.
The photo shows the correct size facia bezel you will need for the ilx w650.
You will need x2 m6 nuts and bolts.
i wouldnt use PLA as it will be too weak and the heat in the car will soften, I printed in PETG with a 4 wall count for added strength and have found it to be strong enough
this file does not contain the facia needed, that will to be purchased seperately
this may fit other radios or fit this radio to other facias, feel free to report your findings to help others
