I designed and modeled enclosure case for a stacked Adafruit Feather HUZZAH and Mini Relay FeatherWing. You'll need to use the short headers for this stack.
Here's the parts for this stack:
Adafruit Feather HUZZAH with ESP8266
Adafruit Non-Latching Mini Relay FeatherWing
orAdafruit Latching Mini Relay FeatherWing
Short Feather Headers Kit - 12-pin and 16-pin Male Header Set
Short Feather Headers Kit - 12-pin and 16-pin Female Header Set
One side of the case provides access to the micro USB port and the other side provides access to the wire terminals. The lid just slides on in the grooves and holds pretty well.
The countersunk mounting holes take M3 metric or similar SAE size bolts/screws. You'll want to use something with a fairly small flat head so it doesn't interfere with the micro USB port connection.
