This is a mount for an ultra cheap SMD 48 LED lamp (12V, 8W) to be mounted on a corner of a heated bed on the end of an adjustmend screw. The SMD LED is being sold on ebay for as little as 1,10€ or so, including shipping from China. An example: Item #401370433409 on ebay (I'm not affiliated with them, I only bought mine over there).
The manufacturer has added a double sided tape on the back side, you have to remove that in order to fit the LED into the part. I recommend printing WITH support material. Be very gentle while removing the support material and while fitting the LED into the part as the part is fragile, but I wanted a very lightweight solution which wouldn't spoil the bed movement.
During operation, the LED will be around 50°C, that's why I spared out the back wall, so eventually you could add a cooler on the back of the LED. I will try without in order to see how long this thing will survive.
Update / 2017-11-05 / v2:
more stable
longer base, the LED now has a distance of a bit over 45mm from the screw
less support required while printing
