I needed a mount for my power plug/switch unit for my D-bot build. The D-bot plans came with a mount, but it didn't fit the switch unit that I bought.
This mount is designed specifically for this switch unit, and fits it like a glove:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ME5YAPK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It might well fit other switches, but was designed specifically for the switch listed above. I'm including the Solidworks sources for this in case someone wants to tweak it.
The wiring diagram that shows how to connect the tabs on the back of the switch is found here:http://www.instructables.com/id/Wire-Up-a-Fused-AC-Male-Power-Socket/?ALLSTEPS
I printed this up with eSun PETG, 2 perimeters, with 20% infill (there's not much infill being used of course), at 25mm/s, 245 C nozzle temp. with 70 C bed temp, on wiped-on hairspray, with no brim or other adhesion aid necessary.
I used support, which was easily removed.
The mounting tabs are 20mm wide and have a 5mm hole centered in each tab, for screwing down to a T-nut in a 20mm aluminum extrusion. Works fine for mounting to the bottom frame of my D-bot printer.
Update 19 February 2017: uploaded slightly tweaked STL and Solidworks files. The original version had the body extended by several milimeters, but the inside cut to hollow it out hadn't been extended far enough to match, so the bottom (back wall) was thicker than intended, without as much extra internal space for the wiring as intended. I added 4mm to the interior cut to correct this. The back wall is now thinner, and the internal empty volume is increased.
