This allows to run the moulinex companion without the lid.
THIS IS DANGEROUS AND MUST BE DONE RESPONSIBLY AND AT YOUR OWN RISK
Please keep in mind that a fast blade speed can result in spillage and that the use of the ultra blade can cause serious harm.
I would recommend only using the stirrer blade at low speed for food preparations that require to simmer down and still be stirred regularly.
