any nema 17 stepper motor
2psc FL05 flange bearing (model included just for representation - not printing!)
2pcs gt2 pulley and 2m belt (can be bought as a set)
4pcs 12mm polished stainless steel rods (full - heavy / hollow - more expensive) OR 12mm chrome plated linear motion shaft (extra mega brutal expensive...)
4pcs linear bearing lm12uu
4 pcs zip ties
camera ball head according to your liking
electronics: any arduino, 2 axis joystick, stepper driver a4988 or drv8825 (any stepper driver will do)
some M3 nuts and bolts for motor and bearing housing
everything needed for this slider cost less than 40-50€ (not counting ball head & 3d parts obviously)
