I based my design on dbostian's original design (great job btw). From there beefed it up for more rugged riding and left enough space on clamp-downs for a thin piece of rubber to prevent slippage and scratching. It fits 1'' bars perfectly. Resize to your desired measurements as needed (this one accepts large from TH and McD's). Keep in mind that that will also change hole sizes for mounting bolts and nuts. I designed it to use M4 35mm bolts and locknuts all the way around (5 sets total). You may need heat a bit depending on your printer's precision.
On that note, be aware of your printers preference when orienting the part to print. On average (with mine) it takes about 3 hours to print with all parts on the bed.
Please upload photos if you print (I am too lazy to take pics and upload ;) ).
Side note; it`s funny that some of these accessories will run you about 80 to 100$... I don't get it.
Ohhhh, printed one in trans orange; the Harley dude gave me 90$ for it even when I told him that it was a gift. Who says Harley guys are bad... Not me :)
