Motorcycle handlebar riser 40mm height for 28mm diameter pipe.
I designed it for my Geon Scrambler 250cc and succesfuly use it is about one month
I have already ordered aluminum from Aliexpress but the shipping is not so fast.
I was afraid that the plastic stiffness would not be enough to rigidly lock the handlebar but it is not true - ABS plastic is pretty good - no complains.
Note that I improved it with inner hole on the middle - it closed on the top and the bottom for 3D print optimization - it is for hardness
The model also has a removable walls on both sides - it is a 3D printing optimization - just cut out them before using.
Please also note that on the picture it shown UPSIDE DOWN - 3D Printing orientation
If you need such thing for other diameter - please feel free to request.
