Here is a motor spacer for the DT series (DT700, 750, 850, 900, etc...) motors bought from HobbyKing. I designed this around a DT750 motor so that the centre spindle wouldn't touch anything on my Tricopter booms.
I've also included the Solidworks file if anyone wants to modify it for their own use.
