Motor Phase Wire Grommet for 17mm Dia wire

I needed custom grommet to route the 17mm OD phase wires from the motor, to the controller, through the bulkhead on our ~1000 hp electric land speed vehicle, the Green Envy. There are four Cascadia PM100 controllers powering two AVID AF240 motor (with two stators each) which mean four sets of three 50mm2 coaxial phase leads for each. These need to be sealed where they pass through the bottom of the bulkhead to keep the salt and dust out of the delicate electronics.
I printed these on my Lulzbot Taz5 printer, which is the printer of choice when you need to print NinjaFlex flexible thermoplastic polyurethane filament. (TPU) The interchangeable extruders allow you to change the head for one that is specifically made for flexible filament.
I have included the Autodesk Inventor 2018 file so that if you like, you can alter the design to suit your specific application.
