Motor holder and detachable adjustable height dust shoe with LED light and USB camera for CNC engraver / mill by LLCP

This is an upgraded motor holder with detachable dust shoe for the small Chinese CNC engravers sold under names such as ‘mini CNC router 3018’ and ‘3 Axis 3018 DIY Mini GRBL USB CNC Milling Router’. The 3018 CNC engravers are manufactured by more than one company, and depending on what machine you have you may need to make some adjustments as I’ve only tested it on one unit. I assume that it is compatible with 2418 CNC engravers which also use a 775 motor, but would need input from someone who actually owns one to be sure.
These Chinese machines are obviously not the best CNC machines that money can buy, but what they can be is a cheap entry into the world of CNC machines, and can be an amusing toy (for a responsible adult, obviously). The stock motor holder simply holds the motor in place, this upgraded version also gives you the option to add:
dust shoe (is attached using magnets) with adjustable height
LED light source
USB camera (can be replaced by a laser pointer / cross if you fancy, but that will take a few adjustments)
I used white PETG (20% infill) for my own parts, apart from for the LED ring holder which I printed in translucent PETG. For assembly please look at the provided images. I glued the magnets, USB camera, endoscope holder and LED holder in place using superglue… but please do make sure that things are aligned perfectly before you do so!
Materials needed in addition to parts sourced from the old motor holder:
4pcs M325mm bolts
4pcs M3 nuts
6pcs 10105mm N52 neodymium magnets
20026mm piece of transparent door seal
LED light source with switch (should fit 1015mm hole) and power socket (should fit 911 hole) and power supply
Super glue
Air hose (32mm OD)
USB camera with a 7mm head (I use one sold as an USB endoscope)
The dust shoe can be used without a LED light source / USB camera, it there is a plug you can print to replace the air hose in case you do not want to use the dust shoe all the time. Simply attach a strong rubber band to the knobs on the upper and lower parts of the dust shoe if you want to keep the height constant (I’ve not needed to do this, but added the knobs just in case).
