This is a remix of Razzerback's TEVO Tarantula I3 3D Printer mosfet box.
I needed a case that would support a 40mm Noctua cooling fan.
I adapted the design to allow for the larger fan and removed some unneeded material to assist in keeping the print times low. I incorporated Yufu's 40mm Fan Cover to protect the fan. I added screw holes for securing the Mosfet and to allow for removal/replacement. Lastly, I added two countersunk holes in the bottom of the case to allow for mounting (mine is mounted on the bottom of the Ikea lack table that my printer is setup on).
Here is the bill of materials for assembling this case:
Mosfet
12v 40mm Noctua Fan (NF-A4x10 FLX)
4xM3 8mm Screws for the Mosfet
4xM2 8mm Screws for the Lid
2x#4 1/2 in. Wood Screws (optional - for mounting) - Hardware store
Lastly, the 4 holes for mounting the fan are sized for use with the self-tapping screws that come with the Noctua fan.
