Here's a model of Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece, post-timeskip appearance. I haven't printed it yet, as I'm working on separating the pieces to reduce the supports needed and make painting easier.
Like my other bobblehead models, I've used bent zipties to make the neck connection. If you don't want a bobblehead, you could just add a cylinder for the neck.
