Modular Raspberry Pi 4 Case w/ Vesa, Prusa, 2020, & Other Mounts by sneaks

PLEASE READ! This design uses small flexing detents to both hold the modular insert into the case, and in one version, hold the fan into the modular insert. These detents put a lot of stress on a very small amount of plastic and if you don't get the print settings 100% correct, they will break on you. There has been a TON of test prints and the best material is PETG for the insert. PLA does work great, but be warned - they break easily. If you use PLA, be very gentle.
THE CASE: This Raspberry Pi 4 case is designed with a removable and replaceable modular insert. Included in the files are 4 different insert variations. This includes 40x40x10 SNAP in Fan Insert, 40x40x10 SCREW in Fan Insert, Slotted Insert, Vented Insert, and Blank Insert. The STEP file for a Blank Insert is included for anyone wanting to make their own custom variation.
MOUNTING: There are several mounting bracket variations included: Prusa MK3S, 2020 Bear Upgrade, Lulzbot TAZ6 2020, & VESA.
ASSEMBLY: There are only four screws and they are not visible from the exterior making for a minimalistic look. The four screws hold the unit together from the inside, and the insert hides them. Once the insert is snapped in place, there is a slot on the back of the case to pop it off.
NEEDED PARTS: All that is needed for assembling this case is (4) #2 x 3/8" screws which are available at Home Depot, Lowes, and most local hardware stores.
