Modular magazine storage:
AR-15: 9 AR-15 magazine (molded from P-mag )
Double stack: 15 Double stack magazines (molded from M&P 9)
Single stack: 20 Single stack magazines (molded from 1911 9mm)
Shotgun: 4, 25 round boxes of 2 3/4" shotgun shells.
Each unit dovetails together.
They can be used in a cart or a in a safe
I used 20% fill for PLA it seemed to work good.
Each unit uses about .5 KG of filament.
Measures: 280mm x150mm
You may have to move it around in your slicer to make it fit
11/27/18 edit
The prints pictured were done in TPU they came out beter then the PLA.
I opened up the shotgun module a little to fit the boxes easyer.
I used CR10 printer and YOYI 3D Flexible TPUfiliment. I could get two prints out of one spool.
Glock mags will fit in the TPU version
Settings were:
Print bed 30c
Nozzel 207c
No retraction
Fill 20-30% Depending on how firm you want them
Speed 40MM/s
It was a slow print took about 72 hours but I get consistant results.
