This is a display stand for the Freddy Fazbear head by claybrd.
NOTE I printed the Freddy head at 50% and this display stand fits Freddy at 50%. If you print the head at 100% you need to print this at 200%. NOTE
You need to print one of the bottom pieces to display Freddy's head.
In addition you may want to show off the Freddy head with various open jaw and closed jaw positions and can then print and use the other parts as you see fit.
Using the 'bottom' of the stand only with the higher part upright the jaw will be slightly open, with the shorter end upright the mouth will be closed. The 'bottom smaller footprint' is simply to minimize desk space usage.
Add the 'top' part and the 'mouth piece' to the 'bottom' part to display the head higher up from the desk and to allow the jaw to be opened/closed to various positions by adding the 'insert parts'. The mouth piece is necessary to prevent the head from slumping forward (so you could remove that if the slumped position is what you want).
Insert the top part into the mouth piece after printing to make sure the parts are not too tight and can move fairly freely. The hole is 0.1mm larger than the end that fits into it on all 4 sides, therefore 0.2mm total in X and Y. The Top part fits into the bottom part also with a 0.2mm spacing. If it is too tight you might want to print the mouth piece and the bottom piece a few percentage points larger.
With the 'Top' and 'Mouth piece' parts only the jaw is fully open.
Use the 'lower insert' part to close the jaw almost halfway.
Use the 'top insert', sliding in from the right with the angled section at the bottom, to close the jaw slightly more.
Use the 'lower insert' and the 'top insert' together, sliding the 'top insert' from the left with the flat end at the top to close the jaw. You will need to lift the head slightly to allow the 'top insert' piece to slide in.
The mouth piece is inserted into the mouth by holding the head upside down in one hand, sliding the piece into the mouth with the hole going in first and the smooth side facing towards you. While gently holding the piece down with the thumb insert the top piece into the hole. Then turn the head over holding all the pieces in place and insert into the bottom piece.
