I remixed Gazorpa's Soda Bottle Bird Feeder with this modular perch that would extend the diameter of the feeder to approximately 180mm. Tolerance is pretty tight so I suggest scaling a little larger, I used 102% and I dipped it in hot water before sliding it over the rim of the feeder base and quickly squeezing the outer and inner tabs together while the plastic cools. It should fit pretty snugly once it cools and hardens. Glue was not needed but a tiny drop should be enough to keep it securely in place
Print as many as you want (12 would cover the entire base and give you a full circle). I suggest 3-6 to save on plastic.
Support not needed but I suggest a zero offset skirt/brim and 3-4 outlines to make sure the inner tab stays in place during the print. I printed this with 20% infill, 3 top, 3 bottom, and 3 perimeters. I was able to fit 3 onto my Monoprice Select Mini to save some time.
