A modification ofhttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9313
I've expanded the diameters of the main component's openings each by 3.6mm(to 11.8mm) to allow for small extruded rings of 11mm diameter on the handwheel and the lens counter gear to make direct contact with the 608 bearings. This way, the two M8 bolts can snugly sandwich together the bevel gear, the bearing, and the lens counter gear or handwheel, so the whole assemblies might be more securely held together. Also, the extruded rings would discourage friction from the handwheel or lens counter gear from occurring against the main frame component.
The addition of the rings will make printing a bit more tricky. Supports will be needed for whatever orientation you decide to print in. To make printing easier, or to save you from reprinting the parts if you already have printed the original version, you may opt to keep the original handwheel and lens counter gear and instead simply use the 1.2mm and 2.4mm rings to do the job. There shouldn't be a difference.
The parts Gear_new_repariert.stl and MiddlePiece.stl are unchanged from the original design.
The handwheel that I modified with the ring is that made by Litwan.http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9577
I have yet to try either the original design or this design myself yet because I don't personally own a printer, but upon my inspection, it looks to me that this might work better. Please tell me if so!
