this house has it all!!! the architecture of this massively huge house is modern and inspired by contemporary german architecture. The floorplan, however, is as american as it gets: on the third floor, there is the kid's area with three bed- and bathrooms. on the main floor are the kitchen, the dining room, the formal sitting room with access to the large balcony/terrace, the master ensuite (bedroom and bathroom) with access to its own private deck, a powder and a laundry room as well as a two story foyer. on the ground floor there is an oversized family room which has enough room for a home theater, an office, another bathroom, the three car garage and lots of room for storage! In my vision this house has breathtaking ocean views and access to a beach! I couldn't make that happen, but I hope the landscape shows this (landscape inspired by simtastic!). Interior walls and doors only, suggested kitchen.
