This Building is located on 9th and Walnut. St. Julien was built in 2004, offering upscale lodging in the heart of Boulder. The hotel offers 200 rooms, spa and fitness center, lap swimming pool, fitness center, 650-space public parking garage below the hotel, restaurant and bar. It is located a block from the Pearl Street walking mall, and within walking distance from the Boulder Creek path. The building borrows from Boulders tradition of flagston facades and clay barrel mission tile roofs. Stucco, brick and metal details in addition to a unique plan make the building both modern and engauging.
