Dragonator has a fantastic build for the Fallout Pipboy 3000 Mk 4 (at http://ytec3d.com/pip-boy-3000-mark-iv/).
However it's difficult to put decals on the face of the PipBoy. I decided to add raised lettering to the upper roll switch where it could be lightly brushed with a yellow for it to be more prominent. The RAD lettering I decided to indent it, since printing the part on its face would be difficult for the lettering. And finally I added raised lettering for the the Power indicator light.
Added a file which has larger letters for the Dial for better detail.
