This aircraft has been painted in the Moab International London 2012 colours (Designed partially by Bananas). It is due to be taken out of it's regular Moab - Toronto service and put on a Moab - JFK - London Stansted routing for the duration of the 2012 games in partnaship with OT of the sky. This particular aircraft ('Broken Arch') was the second Super 61 to be bought by Moab and was re-engined with CFM56s in 1989, making it the last Moab DC8 to operate with it's original engines. Moab International is the last airline in the world to operate the DC8 on scheduled passenger service and it plans to have taken them all out of the fleet by 2015, being replaced by the World Dynamics L200, of which Moab have placed an order for five of for use on their Canadian routes. Thanks to 707 for the template and to Airbusa330 for the various logos and also to Bananas for the design on the tail section of the aircraft. Bananas, please forgive me for using some of your design, I only used it 'cause it looked soooo goood!!!! #dc8 #douglas #london #MD_11 #moab #olympic
