MMU2S buffer entry spacer hook, 10º angled, screwable by Celta

I really like the buffer spacer hook design by Ondřej Stříteský that adds an angle to the MMU2S buffer to decrease the curvature of the PTFE cables, but the buffer became a bit wobbly with less support, so I modified the parts to support the top of the buffer as well.
Note: Be careful with the size of the screws, If the screws are too big it can reach the top part of the enclosure carved to give clearance to the PTFE tube.
