bought a MKS mini12864 V1 lcd panel
had ton of trouble connecting it to my ramps board
here is everything you need to connect it successfully to your ramps board and to print a case for it
you only need the top, bottom and bracket STL files
print using 0.3 layer height and 0.5 perimeter/external perimeter width
