A remix of two fan ducts I found to be a good fit for my machine, with hopefully combined strengths.
I struggled with print quality of overhangs, mostly because my hotend is not 1:1 replica of E3D V6, it's slightly longer, causing most of the fan shrouds found here to not be a great fit. I also like to print fast(er) so that may be another reason for my overhangs not be top-notch.
I based this work off the source of "Alternative Nozzle Fan Duct" by FlapSnac, tried making it more parametric (who doesn't like easy experimentation, right?!) and used a similar intake structure as found on the RHD fan duct, here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3390107
The reason I went back to vertical positioning of the fan is that my Sunon fan has a loose bearing (by design) and it rattled more when positioned in the 50 degree angle.
When printing for stock prusa, you will probably want to use the 10 mm high design, as opposed to 11 mm one, which reaches below the heat block a bit more, but may be problematic for stock MK3 (didn't check).
I am including what I found a good test print to test overhangs really fast - a simple bowl model. The dent lets one see the orientation of the model after print (but seams can also be used to do that). Being circular model one can see which side of the model suffers the most and tune for that.
