I spent a lot of time making this case, so if you like it, please consider clicking that Tip Designer button.
The sandwich style case is becoming very popular; it also tends to be very expensive. So I set out to making one. This case is modeled after the Loque Ghost; and can even be expanded similarly. My major complaints about SFF cases however, are the lack of front panel connectors, and lack of carrying handle. This design alleviates both those issues (the handle is optional).
Default features:
10.4L: 320mm x 150mm x 216mm
Fits a mITX motherboard
Fits a SFX power supply
Fits a 2-slot graphics card up to 310mm
2x 120mm fan on the top
4 USB ports on the front
Optional features:
Carry handle
Can be expanded to fit 2x 120mm fans on the bottom.
Can be expanded to fit an AIO radiator on the top.
All the pieces are designed to be printed standing up for structural integrity. I've also minimized the need for support structures. The only thing that could be troublesome to print are the side panels; which is why I split them in half. Just print both halves and glue them together. There are a lot of sockets for heat inserts so you can screw all the parts together. Just use a soldering iron to sink them in after you're done printing.
Required parts:
(5mm M3 Heat Inserts)[https://amzn.to/36nc44t]
(10mm M3 Screws)[https://amzn.to/2tQwhma]
(35mm M3 Screws)[https://amzn.to/38yWqoa] (if you are using the 25mm expansion)
(250mm Riser Card)[https://amzn.to/2Rti8nK]
(22mm Vandal Switch)[https://amzn.to/2vihG37]
(USB3.0 Headers)[https://amzn.to/3aLbjpc]
(USB2.0 Headers)[https://amzn.to/2RU1eOa]
(1inch Non-slip Feet)[https://amzn.to/3aJ6M6U]
You're also going to need about six 8mm standoffs for the motherboard and riser card. I used some kits I had left over from (Makerbeam)[https://www.makerbeam.com/makerbeam-standoffs-or-spacers-4p.html], as they also included the nuts and washers for them as well. I would link them, but they don't appear to be on Amazon.
