Mitre box for Aluminium 2020 T-Slot extrusion, or anything else less than 20x20mm. Central slots (inc. 45 degree slots) are 1mm wide which is good for a standard large hacksaw blade, with 0.8mm and 0.7mm slots to either side for thinner hacksaw blades. 1mm slots tested and work well - very little play, but also don't bind.
All slots continue 1mm into the base to avoid damage to the box when you cut through the extrusion.
Recess is 21mm wide to allow a small tolerance for printer settings etc. 30mm recess depth allows for the saw to be aligned in the box to make the initial cut. Chamfered top edges of slots for ease.
