Reupload after being deleted because it was mistitled. I designed this myself for minifig enthusiasts for enjoyment with no commercial interest or IP violation in mind. I love the OEM of the minifig and support them since I can remember.
After finishing the Protecor of Gotham minifig I knew I had to do this one. Similar to the former build in terms of components but wiring was a bit more complicated as power and switch needed connection to the torso and helmet.
Hips and arms were used from Skimbals original minifig:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:170076 (currently unavailable, I included them in the Thing files).
Thoughts on the LEDs: Torso turned out great, lots of room for the wires. Helmet was a bit more complicated. a 5mm LED (brightness: 900 mCd) worked nice inside the helmet and was cast in transparent superglue. Unfortunatly light loses a lot of intensity when coupled into the clear (somewhat) eyes. If I would print this again I would use different LEDs to get a more uniform appearance. (brighter for the eyes, darker for the torso).
