4020 blower fan mod for Mingda D2, D3 Pro, D4 Pro and others with the same print head design.
This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4624841 modified to be easier to print by adding a fillet to the overhanging edge and a support structure below the lip of the center exhaust port using Autodesk Fusion 360. You will need to print MountingPlate.stl and CablePlate.stl from the original designers thing linked above to attach this to the print head.
Print at 0.2 mm or lower layer height. Use Cura with supports and set Support Placement to Touching Buildplate.
Test print was printed in Eryone Silk Copper but should be printed in ABS or other heat resistant material. PLA+ might hold up but I have my doubts.
