After considerable time and many failures to make an 'all metal' hot end I caved and changed the design to include a teflon liner. The majority of the design is borrowed from others hot end designs with a few of my tweaks. This is designed for use with a bowden setup and a water cooled block but could work on an air cooled non-bowden setup.
Requires a metal lathe but can be a cheap 'mini-lathe' (I used a harbor freight one).
Goals are to be reliable, easy to make, easy to service, and not require any really special tools (other than a lathe)
