Hi guys!
This is a modded PlotClock, made in coorperation with IBM and DTU - course 41030 Design of Mechatronics.
We have laser cut our PlotClock (see Plotclock by joo, thing: 248009) and used an ESP8266 - nodemcu board to connect to the internet. We then used Node Red to make a flow, which took a tweet input, and then, depending on the input, gave an output either consisting of the weather forecast, the time, the pollen count or the actual tweet.
We used:
Arduino programme
2 servo motors (SG90 9 g Micro Servo)
1 Steppermotor (28BYJ48)
ESP8266 - nodemcu board
Photo interrupter ( GP1A51HRJ00F)
Paper roll
Marker
Papir
We have uploaded all of the files used, but be warned: the Arduino code can be difficult to understand due to it being very long.
We all hope you enjoy our thing and have a great time improving it!
Good luck,
Mightytronics
