*.3ds (Multi Format) Poly count refers to the model itself but the file also includes 2 x barcelona chair, 3 x barcelona footrest, pool's gravel and the statue.
The scene does not include vegetation as it's been realized using the Itoo Forest Pack plugin.
All objects are organized by layer and named. The scene includes materials, textures, cameras, lights, render settings for the four camera angles shown in the preview.
