1/4 scale Mid-century 4-way hanging traffic light
Designed in Fusion 360 as a practice piece.
Glue the pieces together. Should be possible to fit LEDs or other small light sources into the reflectors. The "hanger" piece has a hollow tube in it that wires can be run through just like on the real thing.
NOTE: The main body piece is oriented upside-down for support-free printing. It was originally too delicate and I added some internal support structure so it would not snap into pieces while printing.
6/30/18 - Replaced Hanger STL- The original one was not completely hollow. Messed up on the order of operations in CAD. Fixed. I have everything printed now, except the lenses.
7/1/18 - I have all the parts printed, they all came out OK. Next step - Sand/polish the reflectors and paint them silver, then mount LEDs and wiring.
7/29/18 - I've finally completed the light. Didn't actually sand/polish the reflectors. Just painted them silver. I added LEDs and a Arduino Leonardo compatible micro board stuffed into the top cover to control it. The Arduino sketch and a hand-drawn schematic are included. I used a cheap cell phone charger and micro-usb cable to power it. Had to cut and re-splice the USB cable back together to get it through the wire tube in the hanger.

Added a LED adapter piece I used to hold/glue the LEDs into the reflectors.
