Metal BMG with Volcano Direct Drive / Extruder for Hypercube Evolution

[Update 2 08/11/2019] Body2.0 and bltouch_holder2.0 added.
[Update 08/11/2019] Problems with the position of the bltouch, I will have to move it to the front.
[Update 06/11/2019] Update body to 1.3, holes for the optical sensor were to big. Added Z carriage (should work with any carriage)

I couldnt find a mount for a all metal BMG Extruder so I created this one, it should work with the normal BMG as well. It was designed to work direct drive with a Volcano V1 hotend.
BLTouch offset:
To the left: 62.20mm
To the back: -12.70mm
Print it with 3 walls and at least 40% infill. Its recommended to use PETG
